Twenty years ago this summer the Mersey Forest initiative came into being. This year's summer celebration will be extra big with drumming, willow weaving, puppetry and, of course, storytelling. I will be taking groups on story walks throughout the day to talk about the history of the forest and telling some traditional stories about forests, trees, wildlife, or anything else which takes our fancy.
Enjoy stories at the National Wildflower Centre's Magical Midsummer Party. The Centre will be ten years old this year and I'll be helping the celebrations on with stories of the natural (and sometimes supernatural) world.
Join me at the National Wildflower Centre's Green Fayre where I will be hanging around the woodland area telling stories from the natural and maybe the supernatural worlds.
Join me at the National Wildflower Centre's where I will be hanging around the Cornflower Cafe telling stories from the natural and maybe the supernatural worlds.

Join me in a walk through the Ainsdale Sand Dunes National Nature Reserve as I weave yarns and tell tales. Get involved by having a go at some stories of your own, and complete imaginative challenges and quests.
